Blur.

Spring is here. Kind of.
I took these photos recently of my sister.
That's my dress by the way!

Call your girlfriend, it's time you had the talk.

February has been a crazy month. And it's only day 11!
I've been doing sound for my high school's show, Les Mis, which is AMAZING but also keeps me so busy.
A few weeks ago I had some free time (at last!) and spent it in the park with some friends.

Hallelujah I Adore It

The light was SO perfect today, I had to break out my tripod.
I'm not much of a model, so bear with me.
I just looked out my window and saw how perfect the sunset was, grabbed my camera and ran outside.

TEASE.

I took these (digitally) of my sister while working on a black and white film project themed around hair.
With some teasing and a ton of fluffing, we managed to defy at least a little bit of gravity.

We Are Young

But we're young, open flowers in the windy fields of this war torn world

Summer Skin

Squeaky swings and tall grass
The longest shadows ever cast
The water's warm and children swim
And we frolicked about in our summer skin.

I don't recall a single care
Just greenery and humid air
The Labor Day came and went
And we shed what was left of our summer skin

Dreaming

The poets down here don't write nothing at all, they just stand back and let it all be.

As promised here, the last photos of my summer. These are from August.

Man, there's an opera out on the turnpike
There's a ballet being fought out in the alley

Until the local cops, cherry top, rips this holy night

The streets alive as secret debts are paid
Contacts made, they vanished unseen

Kids flash guitars just like switch-blades
Hustling for the record machine

The hungry and the hunted explode into rock and roll bands
that face off against each other out in the street

Down in Jungleland
